We help universities and business schools process applications 100× faster, detect fraud automatically, improve fairness in admissions, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

We are scaling fast across Europe and internationally - and we are now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth. Mission

Your mission is simple and high-impact:

Fill the CEO's calendar with qualified meetings

Create pipeline every week

Open doors with schools, universities, and recruitment agents

Gradually manage clients directly (Account Executive)You will be responsible for outbound prospecting and early qualification. Closing will initially be handled by the CEO, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role very quickly. What You Will Do1. Outbound & Prospecting (core of the job)

  • Build highly targeted prospect lists (Europe, UK, Asia, LATAM)
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Manage automated sequences in HubSpot and ensure perfect follow-up
  • Contact directors of admissions, marketing, international offices and agents

  • CRM Ownership

  • Keep HubSpot clean, structured, and up to date

  • Build dashboards, track lead lifecycle, and maximize conversion

  • Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads

  • Book meetings for the CEO
  • Prepare short briefs and context before each call

  • Growth & Sales Enablement

  • Experiment with new outreach strategies

  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging and targeting
  • Move up progressively to handle your own discovery calls and accounts

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory

  • FLUENT ENGLISH (spoken & written) — absolutely required
  • → You will beyond France natively.
  • 1–3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR, or business development
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in tech or SaaS
  • Excellent written communication skills (short, sharp, professional emails)
  • Confident with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to manage large prospect volumes with discipline and organization
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or higher-education markets
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist or similar tools
  • Interest in AI, automation, or data
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, Chinese, Hindi)
