Your duties will encompass everything from managing travel logistics to delivering personalized service, ensuring that every aspect of our clients' experiences is seamless and luxurious.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Anticipate the needs of clients before, during, and after travel, providing personalized assistance and support.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are executed flawlessly, with attention to detail and a focus on client preferences.
- Provide exemplary butler service, including meal preparation, dining arrangements, and personal shopping.
- Assist with wardrobe management, packing, unpacking, and garment care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with clients.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and service, representing the company's values and dedication to client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, Traveling Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a high-end service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules
- Valid passport and clean driving license
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service
