Tu veux plonger au cœur d'une startup Construtech en pleine accélération ? En tant qu'alternant·e
Growth Marketer
, tu es le bras droit du fondateur et un véritable moteur de la croissance de
Koncrete
. Tu contribueras à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie growth en t'appuyant sur des méthodes classiques d'acquisition/activation mais aussi sur les dernières techniques de growth hacking.

Ton objectif ? Générer un flux régulier de leads qualifiés, optimiser nos parcours clients et améliorer le nurturing de nos prospects.

  • Stratégie de contenu :
  • Co-construire notre stratégie marketing et éditoriale en identifiant les bons canaux et les bons messages
  • Produire des contenus engageants : posts LinkedIn, articles, newsletters, cas clients, formats viraux
  • Veiller à la cohérence de notre positionnement sur tous les supports, et explorer de nouveaux formats (IA, tendances, etc.)
  • Acquisition & conversion :
  • Mettre en place des actions d'acquisition : emailing, SEO, campagnes de contenus, partenariats, marketplaces
  • Proposer et tester des leviers de croissance (ex : referral, formats interactifs, contenus téléchargeables)
  • Suivre les performances des campagnes et optimiser nos parcours de conversion (site, landing pages, formulaires)
  • Automatisation & analyse de performance :
  • Mettre en place des campagnes email automatisées (nurturing, relance, onboarding) avec le CRM (Brevo)
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance marketing (taux de conversion, clics, leads générés…)
  • Tu suis une formation Bac + 4/5 en marketing, growth, business ou équivalent.
  • Tu as une appétence pour les chiffres, la data et les outils de tracking et d'analyse et tu fais preuve d'un esprit analytique, de rigueur et d'un fort sens du résultat.
  • Tu sais rédiger en français, sans fautes, en adaptant ton style au support et à l'audience. Tu communiques également en anglais de manière fluide (lu, écrit, parlé).
  • Tu es autonome, proactif·ve et force de proposition ; tu adores expérimenter et itérer vite. Tu possèdes un excellent relationnel et sais vulgariser des insights pour les différentes équipes.
  • Tu es curieux des problématiques CRM, marketing automation, acquisition et activation de leads. De plus, tu connais les principes de lead nurturing et de scoring.
