Your role
We are looking for a Demand & Distribution wearable and sun Stream Leader (on lenses) who will oversee this new category on those 2 functions. Role is global, based in Creteil.
Main responsibilities:
Gather & Consolidate wearable and Sun demand, Stock, Plano and Rx, by region
Build strong connections with Wearable, Frame & Complete pairs demand & distribution team.
Align top down demand ambitions with each regions and each market, again for Plano and Rx.
Ensure demand planning is properly set in demand or replenishment planning systems, updated (right codification, right volume, sales/source)
Track & report Actual Rx volume per region & job type
Forecast Rx Wearables volume with regional / job type granularity
Control that inventories are well set, well sized vs demand, for Rx & Stock/plano needs
Drive status review (sales, stock, supply mass and rx) with all stakeholders
For both demand and distribution, Set, update and review KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Candidate Profiel:
At least 5 years within Supply Chain & Projects fields
Lens Supply chain knowledge is a major plus
Knowledge of demand &/or distribution planning tools
5years knowledge minimum in industrial environment
Strong expertise in Data analytics (well advanced in Excel minimum)
Ability to communicate and restitute vertical & horizontal
Ability to work in project mode, pulling resources from other departments
Align with other departments (production, finance mainly)
