Credit Controller

We are looking for a Credit Controller, based in Paris for a 6 month Maternity cover contract.

Your Team
You will be part of a small but experienced team within the Credit control area of Allianz Commercial Paris office. You will manage a portfolio of third-party accounts, ensure debt collection and reduce outstanding payments. French and English language skills are essential for this role.

The Impact You Will Have
You will establish relationships with brokers, reinsurers, coinsurers ensuring that all receivables are collected. You will contribute to the achievement of the company's financial objectives.

Some Of Your Specific Responsibilities Could Include

• Responsible for receiving and processing financial statements
• Accurate allocation of cash
• Investigate and resolve outstanding insurance premiums
• Chasing counterparts for unpaid premiums

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Experience in a credit control role, ideally within insurance or reinsurance.
• Fluent French and English skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience of SAP or affinity for financial systems and processes
• Confident stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management and able to work with multiple deadlines
• Continuous improvement mindset:  focused on driving process efficiencies
• Team player and comfortable working within a global organization
• A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
