Construction Manager (Mechanical) - France, Paris - 6 Months Initial Contract
Our client, a developer of multi-customer and hyperscale data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join their current project in Paris. They have a strong portfolio of constructing world-class critical infrastructure and are chosen time and again for their resilient power and cooling, robust securing and sophisticated monitoring systems.
What You'll Do
- Site visits, upload photos to PROCORE, and manage works interface (Levels 4–6).
- Coordinate with construction systems.
- Upload Mechanical MOPs on DOCUSIGN and send 30-day notices before execution.
- Attend weekly meetings (progress, planning, MOP, bottleneck).
- Present and share interface programme with every Wednesday.
What you'll need:
- Extensive experience in the construction sector
- French and English speaking
- Experience on large scale mission critical construction projects, data centres, pharma, oil and gas or semi-conductor (ideally DC)
- In depth knowledge of general construction building, M&E works, and local authority approval process.
- Client or contractor background
