First of all :

the position may be based in the US, Portugal, Spain, Italy... but not France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    design and execution of global HRIS transformation initiatives
  • VP
    lead for enterprise-wide HRIS implementations
    , including
    SAP SuccessFactors
    and associated systems (e.g., payroll, time management, case management).
  • Develop and maintain an integrated HRIS transformation roadmap aligned with global and regional priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HRIS projects—from planning, scoping, and design through testing, change management, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Ensure project plans, resources, risks, and budgets are actively managed across multiple work streams. From build to RUN worldwide.
  • Build and lead a high-performing BPO and implementation team, including service providers, program managers, analysts, and implementation specialists.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in large program deployment in a global environment as Senior Director or VP
  • Demonstrated experience leading
    enterprise HR technology implementations
    , ideally including
    SAP SuccessFactors
    .
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and HR service delivery.
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional project teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
