The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:Group Investment and Asset-Liability Management ("GIA") is the central team of AXA in charge of investments as well as the management of assets and liabilities. The team works in close collaboration with AXA's worldwide investment teams and top-tier investment managers to deploy capital across various asset classes.GIA is divided in various teams (c.60 professionals) under the leadership of the Group Chief Investment Officer:Alternatives & Credit Team ("ACT") in charge of all credit, fixed income, and alternatives activities (including investment, research and strategy teams).Group Solution Team in charge of investment solutions implementation and management (derivatives, FX, etc.).Group Asset Liability Management Team ("ALM") in charge of managing all aspects related to ALM (duration, duration gap, capital charge, etc.).Monitoring & Reporting Team in charge of monitoring all investments across the group and is notably composed of data analysts leveraging both in-house and external solutions to allow the proper steering of investments.The Private Markets practice is overseen by the Group Head of Strategic Asset Allocation, reporting to the Group CIO. Investments in alternatives in private markets are evaluated, decided, and monitored through "Centers of Expertise" comprised of members of the AXA Group Global Investments ACT team as well as representatives from the investment teams of the local entities.JOB PURPOSEIn the Strategic Asset Allocation team of 10 investment professionals, under the responsibility of the Head of Alternative Credit, contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of the investments in Alternative assets : Private Credit, Structured Credit, Infrastructure, Private Equity, in liaison with the Centers of Expertise and Asset managers..KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESKey missions include:Contribute to analyzing and evaluating strategies and transactions, relying on the due diligence of asset managers.Construct earnings and cashflow projections relying notably on inputs from asset managers.Coordination with Group Investments governance, including AXA local investment teams.Contribute to the design and implementation of investment strategies across private markets.Contribute to the coordination of the AXA Group Centers of Expertise covering alternative assets.Monitoring of the deployment of the investment plan: capital calls, expected distribution, performance, reporting, guidelines adjustments.YOUR PROFILEMAIN COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCESTechnical skills:Blend of analytical and synthesis skills.Capacity to coordinate due diligences, structuring and reporting on investments.Managerial & Communication skills:Organization and coordination.Clear and concise writing.Excellent English skills.Ability to propose solutions and deliver on assignments.Experience:3 to 5 years experience in alternative or private investments: credit analysis, origination, structuring or portfolio management.Knowledge of insurance investment objectives and constraints.- WHY JOIN USYou will join:A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet A company with strong valuesA company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employeesA company offering many benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group)A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.In line with our commitments, we celebrate each new hire by taking action for global reforestation: we plant a tree for every recruitment.
