AXA EssentiALL, originally established in 2016 as AXA Emerging Customers, operates as AXA's dedicated inclusive insurance business unit addressing the protection gap for modest-income populations. Initially launched in emerging markets, this profitable social enterprise has expanded its operations to European markets since 2023. Its objective is to provide essential insurance coverage and better protect those individuals and small companies who are too rich to be poor, too poor to be rich, and therefore, more often than not, fall between the cracks. AXA EssentiALL is a key building block of AXA's strategic plan and serves over 17 million customers across 14 emerging and 8 mature countries, offering attractive, accessible, and affordable inclusive insurance solutions.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: Within this Department, you will be part of the Health Equity 4 All team. One of the core areas of focus is to improve our health solutions that combine low-ticket health insurance with digital health services. As such, we protect modest-income vulnerable communities against catastrophic health expenses, as well as improve their health-seeking behaviors to make sure they access primary care at the right time and get good quality diagnosis to manage their specific health conditions. The end goal is to contribute to equitable access to healthcare and improve health outcomes for the modest-income segment.MissionThe AXA EssentiALL team is looking for a health equity analyst that will help to coordinate the Health Equity 4 ALL initiative, support any analysis required to move the agenda forward, as well as support the department on the daily communication activities. Main activities:PMO for Health Equity 4 ALL projectsPrepare Health Equity 4 ALL project meetings, coordinate stakeholders' contributions, summarize insights, update planning and disseminate actionsHealth equity solutionsPerform desk research and monitor key trends across countries (public health, disease burden, health financing and equity, healthcare systems…)Support the deployment of new health solutions working closely with our Chief Medical Advisor to secure clinical pathways and patient safety governance.Health equity analyticsSupport AXA EssentiALL product manager and local actuarial teams to retrieve and structure health data from open sources, partners, claims history, etc.Perform health analyses in specific countries to enable the set-up of new health insurance programs (e.g., disease burden, health costs, incidence)Project and content managementSupport the team communications (external & internal) through editorial planning & content production (thought leadership articles, customer video testimonials, scripts, etc.) based on the team's expertiseAnimate the AXA EssentiALL LinkedIn pageAccompany the team in organizing community events & transversal projectsConsolidate documentation & organize knowledge-management e.g., team minutesSupport content production for training initiativesYOUR PROFILEFirst or last year of Master's degree with major in Health or related fieldConvention de stage for final year or gap year Professional and technical skills Analytical skills with strong planning ability and attention to detail.Passion for health equity, track record on health insurance or health services, especially in developing countries.Experience in identifying and implementing innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions.Capacity to consolidate and summarize quantitative data from varied sources.Proficient written and oral English mandatory; any other language is a plus but optional.Communication savvy with experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).Interpersonal skills Motivated by an international and dynamic environment.Genuine interest in financial inclusion and socially driven initiatives.Able to work in a team, interact with different stakeholders and work on several projects in parallel.Results focused and autonomous.WHY JOIN USYou will join:A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet A company with strong valuesA company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employeesA company offering many benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group)A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.In line with our commitments, we celebrate each new hire by taking action for global reforestation: we plant a tree for every recruitment.
