You are joining our Equity Syndicate & Corporate Broking team, which is looking for a Equity Syndicate & Corporate Assistant, for a 6 month internship from January 2026.

Within the Corporate & Investment Banking division, the intern will join Natixis CIB's SECM (Strategic Equity Capital Markets) team, composed of more than 60 professionals. Our team advises, structures and executes solutions for companies and strategic investors throughout their equity lifecycle, from pre-IPO to delisting, integrating equity investments and divestments, equity financing and monetization, convertible bond issuance, equity hedging, employee benefit plan management and cash yield improvement. We also offer a global equity distribution platform through a multi-broker model covering Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and the US.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:

• Work with the team on all matters relating to the execution of ECM operations, including IPOs, ABBs, rights issues, convertible bonds, public mergers and acquisitions and share buybacks by companies;
• Assist the original team in marketing ECM topics by providing market analysis, investor feedback, and investor targeting;
• Regularly produce stock market summaries / ECM updates using your own Bloomberg terminal to gather real-time market data;
• Assist in the dialogue with a wide variety of investors, including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, sector-specific funds and family offices.

Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in finance.

You have prior experience in ECM, Equity Sales and Trading, Research, and Investment Banking.

You are interested in market finance, especially in equity capital markets.

You have a good ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks.

You master Excel and PowerPoint; the knowledge of Bloomberg and VBA is an asset.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
