The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape the next stage of XTM Hub—Filigran's emerging, cross-product ecosystem at the heart of our community experience. In this early phase of the product, you'll play a key role in defining features and defining how users connect, collaborate, and amplify value across our solutions. Working closely with developers, the Product team, and customer-facing teams, you'll guide the evolution of XTM Hub into a vibrant space where users access resources, share tradecraft, and contribute to powerful network effects across the Filigran platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate actively to structured product discovery to surface user needs, validate hypotheses, and define the strategic direction of XTM Hub.

• Drive cross-team alignment by partnering with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities and outcomes.

• Provide clear, outcome-oriented specifications and guide implementation to ensure that delivered features meet user and business expectations.

• Champion the user perspective by identifying, prioritizing, and framing key pain points that will shape the product's evolution.

• Empower the Filigran ecosystem by supporting internal teams and community stakeholders in adopting, leveraging, and contributing to the growth of XTM Hub.

Who You'll Work With

• You'll join a small, highly collaborative product team, where tight communication and shared ownership are part of the daily workflow.

• You'll work in a deeply cross-functional environment, as XTM Hub's features span multiple Filigran products and rely on strong coordination across teams.

• You'll report to the Product Manager for XTM Hub, partnering closely to shape the product's direction and ecosystem-wide impact.

• You'll collaborate closely with engineers, working side-by-side to design, iterate, and deliver cross-product capabilities.

• You'll interact regularly with Solutions Engineering, Support, and other customer-facing teams, ensuring XTM Hub supports integrated, seamless experiences across the Filigran ecosystem.

• You'll engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders, contributing to transversal initiatives that strengthen the coherence and value of the entire product suite.

Profile We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within community- or ecosystem-driven SaaS products with strong network effects

• Proven ability to translate complex, evolving user needs into clear features and functional requirements

• High ownership mindset with the ability to take the lead, drive framing from scratch, and operate effectively in low-maturity environments with high ambiguity and intense discovery

• Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative working style

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in English; French is a plus

• Bonus: experience with cybersecurity products or open-source ecosystems
