Nova Post Europe
is looking for a
Country Manager for Nova Post France
— a strong leader ready to drive business development, market expansion, and operational excellence on the French market.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French for effective business communication and negotiations; English proficiency is required.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in sales, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, launching and scaling operations in local markets.
  • Successful track record of negotiations with key clients, partners, and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of the French market, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the business reaches break-even and achieves strategic targets in finance, speed, service quality, and growth.
  • Launch and implement Nova Post products and technologies adapted to the requirements of the French market.
  • Enforce and maintain corporate standards across all business processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with French legislation and local business regulations.
  • Build, develop, and lead a strong local team.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
