Accounting Assistant – Entry Level

Location: Hollywood, FL

Start Date: December only

Eligibility: Green Card, OPT, EAD, Visa holders

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join a fast-growing international CPA in Hollywood, Florida. This is an entry-level position – perfect for candidates eager to gain professional experience in accounting and office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email
  • Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French & English
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • No prior experience required – motivated beginners welcome
  • Available to start in December
