Missions Et Responsabilités

  • Recueil et analyse des besoins des équipes métiers (Souscription et Inspection)
  • Cartographie des processus existants et des outils en place
  • Proposition et définition de la trajectoire SI pour répondre aux besoins métiers
  • Priorisation des initiatives et identification des premiers travaux à lancer
  • Pilotage et suivi opérationnel des premiers travaux de la trajectoire
  • Déploiement du socle SI auprès des métiers et utilisateurs concernés
  • Animation et coordination des ateliers et travaux entre les différentes parties prenantes (métiers, MOA, SI)
  • Suivi des actions, risques et décisions pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets

Livrables Attendus

  • Cartographie des processus et outils existants
  • Trajectoire SI du périmètre Souscription et Inspection
  • Plan d'actions pour les premiers travaux
  • Compte rendu des ateliers et échanges

Profil Recherché

  • Minimum 12 ans d'expérience dans des projets SI
  • Expérience confirmée dans le cadrage et la mise en place de stratégies IT sur 3 à 5 ans
  • Capacité à travailler avec de multiples parties prenantes dans un environnement complexe
  • Orientation résultats et engagement fort
  • Grande autonomie et force de proposition
