Our ESG advisory teams assist clients in navigating the complexity of ESG regulations and in developing robust sustainable products and strategies.

With more than 120 employees, EthiFinance is established in France, Spain, and Germany, with offices in Granada, Lyon, Madrid, Hanover, and Paris. It serves over 500 clients across Europe, including companies (SMEs, mid-sized firms, and large corporations), financial institutions, as well as investors (asset managers, institutional investors, private equity) and local authorities.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution across all channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the digital lead within a team of four, responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting commercial growth.

You will work closely with sales and business development teams to design and implement impactful digital campaigns targeting financial institutions and corporates. Your role will be key in enhancing EthiFinance's visibility and driving engagement through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns (40%)

  • Define and implement the digital marketing strategy in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting).
  • Develop and optimize ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns targeting strategic accounts.
  • Create and execute email marketing and nurturing workflows tailored to long B2B sales cycles.
  • Organize webinars to support commercial objectives.

Channel Management (30%)

  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.) in collaboration with content teams.
  • Oversee LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored posts, InMail, Sales Navigator).
  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display).
  • Administer and improve the corporate website (with external partners if needed).
  • Develop and monitor SEO strategy and performance.
  • Manage the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Produce and distribute the monthly newsletter.

Lead Generation (20%)

  • Collaborate with BDRs to qualify and optimize lead generation.
  • Ensure smooth handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales (SQLs).
  • Support client events (webinars, conferences, trade shows).

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance.
  • Track KPIs: website traffic, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting to management.
  • Recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize ad spend.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in long-cycle B2B environments (e.g., fintech, SaaS, professional services, data/analytics).
  • Familiarity with the financial sector is a strong asset.

Skills

Technical Skills

  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Ads (lead generation, ABM).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent).
  • Strong command of Google Ads (Search and Display).
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Competence in analytics tools (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, reporting).
  • Expertise in email marketing and automated workflows.
  • Good understanding of SEO and organic search optimization.
  • Experience organizing and promoting webinars (Zoom, ON24, etc.).

Business & Creative Skills

  • Understanding of ESG, regulatory, and financial sector challenges.
  • Mastery of complex B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to craft impactful marketing messages on technical topics (data, rating methodologies).
  • Design skills using tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise-level marketing.

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level minimum).
  • Proficiency in German and/or Spanish would be a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment with bilingual content and teams.
