Job Purpose:

NBK France is seeking a
Vice President or early-stage Director
to join our Paris'
Structured Finance & Infrastructure
team. The role focuses on the
origination support, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions
for French and European clients, with a strong emphasis on
infrastructure and project finance
.

This position offers significant exposure to high-quality transactions, close interaction with clients and senior stakeholders, and strong development prospects within a European banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the origination and execution of
    structured finance and infrastructure transactions
    in France and Europe
  • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and structuring discussions alongside the Head of Corporate Banking and FI and Relationship Managers
  • Structure and execute complex financings, including
    project finance, infrastructure, acquisition and bespoke corporate facilities
  • Prepare financial models, credit analyses, and credit committee memoranda
  • Coordinate transaction execution with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Compliance, ESG) and external advisors
  • Negotiate term sheets and loan documentation and manage transactions from mandate to closing

Profile:

  • 6–9 years of experience
    in structured finance, project finance, or infrastructure finance within a European bank, a similar institution or a European Corporate
  • Strong execution and credit skills, with solid financial modelling experience
  • Proven ability to work on complex financing transactions in a French and/or European context
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Fluent in French and English.
