Stage - Finance transformation (F/H)

The Opportunity 

As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn and contribute to the finance transformation initiatives within our organization. This training will give you the opportunity to actively contribute to projects shaping the future of our department. 

Your Daily Responsibilities 

• Project Monitoring: Help with the execution and monitoring of finance transformation projects under the guidance of experienced team members. 

• Change management activities: assist with change management efforts related to finance projects, including developing training materials, organizing testing, and preparing team communication strategies. 

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams involved in the department's projects. Establish effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders. 

• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and transformation service. Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization. 

Who are you? 

We are looking for passionate individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress. In practice, this means: 

• You have a keen interest in Finance and financial transformation, process improvement, and emerging technologies in these fields.

• You are equipped with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You have an appetite for project management, communication, and teamwork.

• An excellent level of English is imperative (all internal documentation is to be written in English, meetings are also predominantly held in English).

• You have a perfect command of office tools (MS Office).

• You have a strong interest in financial transformation, process improvement, and emerging finance technologies.

• A good basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles is a plus.
