• Independently plans, prioritizes, and executes assigned maintenance projects.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and/or electrical issues on production equipment.
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance activities, including dismantling, repairing, assembling, and testing machinery to return it to optimal operation.
• Completes work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Executes equipment ramp-up, setup, calibration, and start-up procedures to prepare machinery for production use.
• Supports installation and modification projects for new or existing equipment.
• Partners with Industrial Engineers to ensure equipment meets operational requirements.

• Maintains and updates technical documentation, including equipment manuals, PM documentation, procedures, and repair records.
• Ensures compliance with all safety standards, quality requirements, and operational protocols.

• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Supports cross-functional teams with equipment insights, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• May oversee maintenance on various equipment types depending on operational needs.

The base pay range for this position is:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
