The Role
As a Banking Strategy & Operations Intern at INFINIT, you will work directly with the Head of Banking to support the design, execution, and monitoring of our banking and funding operations. You'll gain exposure to how a fintech builds and scales its financial backbone.

This internship is an exceptional opportunity to develop hands-on experience at the intersection of fintech, banking, and capital markets, working alongside leadership on projects that shape INFINIT's financial architecture and growth strategy.

What do we want to achieve together?

• Banking Processes
• Support the design and implementation of scalable banking processes across collections, underwriting, disbursements, and account management
• Help document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and improve efficiency across the lending and payment lifecycle
• Collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to enhance end-to-end process control and data visibility
• Risk & Governance
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and key risk indicators across credit, liquidity, and operational dimensions
• Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and dashboards to ensure transparent governance and oversight
• Participate in maintaining policies, controls, and frameworks that underpin sound risk management practices
• Strategic Initiatives
• Contribute to the design of AI-driven tools and agents that enhance operational scalability and early risk detection
• Assist in shaping the banking product roadmap through research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
• Participate in strategic projects to strengthen INFINIT's financial infrastructure and long-term growth capabilities
• Capital Markets
• Support relationship management with funding partners, investors, and financial institutions
• Prepare analytical materials, performance updates, and presentations to support funding strategy
• Conduct research and benchmarking on capital market trends, funding structures, and investor requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (Python is a plus)
• Interest in banking, treasury, capital markets, or fintech innovation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Curious about how technology is reshaping financial systems
