I'm conducting a confidential research study for a client on the future of building-technology infrastructure, and I'm looking for an experienced professional who can join a 60-minute one-to-one interview to share deep insights.

Your expertise should be in one or more of the following areas:

Autonomous or self-optimising buildings

Smart buildings & IoT ecosystems

Building Automation Systems (BAS / BMS)

Digital twins for building operations

Predictive maintenance solutions

AI applications in building management and optimisation

The purpose of the discussion is to understand:

  • How your organisation approached technology integration during its building-transformation programme
  • How integrated security, automation, analytics, and data-driven monitoring were implemented
  • The operational, efficiency, and user-experience impact of these technologies
  • Lessons learned, success factors, and challenges faced along the way

All conversations are strictly anonymous no company names or proprietary details will be disclosed.

Compensation:

We are offering a token of appreciation of $75 to $100 for your time.

Job Type: Commission
