En combinant latechnologieet uneéquipe pluridisciplinairede passionnés de Threat Intelligence, a unfort impact sur la cybersécuritéavec une approche quibrise les silos, qu'ils soient technologiques, organisationnels ou culturels.Job DescriptionAs aSenior Legal Business Partnerwithina cybersecurity companyspecialized in advanced threat detection and response solutions, you will operate in adeep-tech environmentcoveringXDR, SOC and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)offerings, significantlyenhanced by artificial intelligence.Sekoia's solutions are designed tostrengthen the resilience of critical IT infrastructuresfor large enterprises and complex organizations against increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks, within a context ofhigh regulatory, operational and commercial constraints.You will act as a Senior Legal Business Partner to Sales, Partnerships and Operational teams, supporting thecommercialization of high-value cybersecurity solutions, the structuring ofindirect go-to-market models (channel, MSSPs, integrators)and the company'sinternational growth.This role is intended for ahighly experienced profile, comfortable withcomplex negotiations, enterprise accounts and mission-critical technology environments, and able to balancelegal risk management with go-to-market accelerationin a fast-scaling cybersecurity ecosystem.Your MissionsCommercial Contracts & OperationsDraft, review and negotiate a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and commercial agreements, including:Distribution, reseller and strategic partnership agreementsSaaS and software licensing agreementsCybersecurity services, SOC offerings and professional services contractsComplex commercial frameworksAct as legal business advisor on strategic deals, including:Enterprise and multi-country transactionsTenders, RFPs and high-value negotiationsStructuring scalable and commercially efficient contractual modelsSupport Sales, Procurement and Partner teams as a trusted legal sparring partner, ensuring deal velocity while maintaining controlled risk exposure.International Operations & Risk ManagementCollaborate on the management of legal and contractual risks across operations, in close coordination with key stakeholders.Ensure regulatory and cybersecurity requirements are pragmatically embedded into commercial contracts, without undermining competitiveness.Deliver risk-based, business-oriented legal advice aligned with cybersecurity market standards.Intellectual Property & Technology StrategyProvide legal support on intellectual property matters, including:Management and protection of the Sekoia's IP portfolioSoftware licensing and IP provisions within commercial and partner agreementsSupport technology commercialization, product integrations and strategic alliances from a contractual and IP perspective.Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional InitiativesLead the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative, such as:Contract process design and optimizationStakeholder coordination across Legal, Sales and OperationsTool selection and implementationWork closely with Legal, Procurement, Tech, IT and Security teams to strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency and support legal transformation initiativesThe position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.Preferred ExperienceWe are excited to meet you if :You have extended experience (8–12+ years of experience) as a Legal advisor in-house within a tech / software / cybersecurity company or in a law firm with strong exposure to IT, SaaS, IP and complex commercial negotiationsYou have proven experience supporting Enterprise sales and key accounts, and Channel, distribution, and partner ecosystemsYou have proven experience in international, multi-jurisdiction transactionsYou have strong expertise in IT and cybersecurity contractsYou have extended expertise in leading and participating in strategic commercial negotiationsYou have expertise and knowledge of SaaS and software licensing modelsYou have a strong business partner mindset: you are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially savvy.You are fluent in English and are able to use it daily in negotiations.
