Nous recherchons une personne talentueuse pour rejoindre notre équipe GLOBAL BENEFITS. Ce poste est basé à Paris.Il s'agit d'un poste hybride avec télétravail.

Mercer accompagne les multinationales dans la mise en place de leurs programmes d'avantages sociaux afin de générer économies, de l'efficacité, de la cohérence et une gouvernance au niveau global tout en permettant aux entités locales de rester compétitives sur leurs marchés respectifs, afin d'attirer les talents locaux, de retenir les collaborateurs clés et de faciliter la mobilité internationale.

  • Intervenir auprès d'une grande variété de clients internationaux
  • Evoluer dans un environnement agile, collaboratif et bienveillant
  • Monter en compétences rapidement
  • Se positionner en véritable chef de projets dans le cadre de missions d'envergure liées aux avantages sociaux
  • Coordonner efficacement la réalisation et le suivi des missions à l'échelle internationale avec l'ensemble du réseau Mercer
  •  S'assurer que les activités clés sont complétées et que les parties internes/externes sont alignées
  • Veiller à ce que la Gouvernance de nos clients soit respectée par les courtiers locaux
  • S'assurer de la mise à jour de notre outil de reporting
  • Collaborer avec le Centre d'excellence pour le soutien opérationnel
  • Soutenir le développement et la formation des courtiers locaux
  • Préparer les documents et rapports diverses pour les réunions avec les clients
