At Tenderbolt, we're building a B2B SaaS that helps companies win more tenders and RFPs by automating what used to be painfully manual. Our AI-native platform is already used by dozens of majors companies, with real teams, on real deals, with real impact.

A huge part of our market — in France and even more internationally — still doesn't know we exist. That's what we want to change. Most of the marketing is still founder-led : we are looking for
someone who can take ownership of growth and build something big with us.

Role

We're looking for an
entrepreneurial marketer
who understands that growth doesn't come from one channel, but from doing the fundamentals extremely well.

This is not a strategy-only role. You must be able to design the
plan and execute
.

Your mission :
generate qualified demand, build strong brand authority, and help us scale — starting with the US/UK markets.

Missions

Build inbound engine

  • Define and execute a clear strategy (SEO, content)
  • Produce and oversee high-quality content (articles, white papers, LinkedIn content)
  • Run and optimize ads campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Launch partnerships, webinars, co-marketing initiatives

Structure outbound and automations

  • Build and maintain clean, enriched prospect lists
  • Design and automate multi-channel outbound sequences
  • Ensure the CRM is always fed with usable, actionable data

Expand in the US/UK market

  • Adapt our messaging, positioning, and sales materials to US standards and expectations
  • Work closely with sales and the founding team to shape a solid US go-to-market

Build a trusted brand

  • Make a brand that feels like a premium, credible solution customers can trust
  • Refine our brand voice and narrative
  • Make sure everything we ship feels enterprise-ready and premium

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in
    B2B SaaS marketing
  • You're
    hands-on, tech-savvy, problem solver
    and enjoy working with modern growth stacks
  • You've already
    built or scaled acquisition channels
    before
  • You're comfortable
    going deep into specific industries
    to truly understand customers' needs and pain points
  • You write
    flawless English
    and understand US business culture
