Job title of the line manager: Services Manager or Aircraft Operations Manager or Job Technical Manager

Responsibilities:
Technical Support is the key production interface for resolving all aircraft-related technical problems.

Périmètre des activités

Effectuer tout ou partie des activités suivantes :

  • Etudier et préparer des dossiers de production en respectant les exigences
  • Assurer si nécessaire la gestion des manquants (pièces / outillage)
  • Traiter les Non Conformités
  • Gérer les aléas de production, enquêtes techniques
  • Coordonner le folio et mettre à jour des bases de données
  • Préparer et/ou participer si nécessaire aux revues opérationnelles
  • Anticiper et s'assurer des requis avant le lancement du dossier en production

 Les activités sont à adapter pour les collaborateurs en alternance (contrat de professionnalisation, contrat d'apprentissage …) afin d'être en adéquation avec leur formation.
