Job Description:

The role of the People Communication Officer is to build and strengthen the engagement of our 8,500 employees around AXA Partner's culture, values and people strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Communication for Engagement, his/her mission is to contribute to the execution the global communication strategy to engage, connect, value and properly inform each of our key audiences (ExCom, Top 50 Executives, Top 250 Leadership Circle, Managers, Ops, Employees), allowing our internal audiences to achieve our collective performance.

He/she contributes to create the global communication timeline, defines key messages and leads the production of contents, materials and initiatives promoting and valuing our People Strategy and the people bringing it to life.

He/she works hand in hand with the Global Communication & Brand team members ensuring timelines, messages, campaigns and initiatives are perfectly coherent and aligned.

He/she collaborates with the HR community, the HRLT, the Chief People Officer and the HR Chief of Staff, translating AXA Partners' People Strategy into concrete and tangible proofs that allow our employees to align to our vision and purpose, bringing our strategy to life in ways that build trust and pride.

• Actively supporting the Chief People Officer, the HR Function and the Head of Communication for Engagement, he/she will contribute to build and execute high quality impactful communications plans to engage our different audiences around our People Strategy and related initiatives.

• He/she will propose and produce differentiating high-quality contents and assets (articles, videos, interviews, infographics, events, etc.) showcasing key HR projects, initiatives and campaigns that engage, inspires, builds trust and pride among our audiences.

• He/she will actively participate in the AXA Partners Newsroom to provide regular and consistent content for AXA Partners global communications channels:

• gathering regular feedback to adapt and monitor communications.
• ensuring key messages are being shared within the comms communities
• ensuring successful regional/local initiatives are leveraged at global level
• collaborating with the broader Global Communication team to ensure perfect alignment on all key messages for both internal and external audiences

What you'll bring:

• English proficiency (oral and written), French and/or Spanish highly appreciated

• Copywriting: ability to create compelling and persuasive content. This includes crafting engaging headlines, taglines, and messages that resonate with our audiences.

• Storytelling: creative and inventive storyteller with advanced written and visual communication skillsthat make a memorable and positive impact.
• Visual communication: understanding the power of visuals and being able to use graphic design tools and collaborate effectively with designers. This includes creating visually appealing presentations, infographics, and other visual materials.
• Video production: understanding and managing the process of creating videos and films, including crafting compelling video scripts and storyboards (basic video editing highly appreciated).
• Social Media Management: knowing how to effectively use and manage social media platforms. This includes creating engaging and adapted content, understanding platform algorithms, and staying up-to-date with trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: being able to build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively collaborate at all levels of the organization on an hybrid mode, and as part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team
• Dynamic and results oriented: with the ability to perform under pressure present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
• Ability to adapt: new technologies, trends, communication channels… open to trying new approaches and experimenting with different methods.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and autonomous, possessing the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines, and able to work under pressure.
