Pour un acteur international de la Cosmétique, fournisseur d'ingrédients et d'actifs, nous recherchons dans le cadre de son développement un :
Technical marketing specialist – cosmetic ingredients H/F

Rattaché(e) au Business Development Director Europe, vous êtes responsable de la définition et du déploiement de la stratégie marketing sur les ingrédients et soutenez activement les équipes commerciales.

Fort(e) d'une expérience en vente d'ingrédients, vous pilotez les lancements, les campagnes de promotion et les actions marketing stratégiques et opérationnelles, tout en assurant une analyse des marchés, des tendances et des performances sur les marchés européens.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Développer les outils marketing pour la promotion des ingrédients et la formation des commerciaux ;
  • Coordonner les lancements avec le Marketing Produit (positionnement, storytelling, concepts formules, outils de communication) ;
  • Mettre en place des campagnes de promotion et en mesurer l'impact ;
  • Aligner la stratégie marketing avec la stratégie de vente via la participation aux revues commerciales ;
  • Analyser le marché, les marques et les tendances via des outils spécialisés ;
  • Suivre les actions marketing, analyser les ventes et les projets par segmentation et marchés européens ;
  • Préparer le contenu digital (Newsletter, Social Media, site web) et gérer le site web ;
  • Analyser les statistiques web et réseaux sociaux ;
  • Coordonner la préparation des salons sectoriels ;
  • Accompagner les commerciaux lors de rendez-vous clients et participer aux workshops ;
  • Créer et organiser des webinars et des séminaires clients.

Diplômé d'un Master ou Ingénieur en Chimie/Biologie (type EBI, ISIPCA, UCO), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en Vente ou Marketing Cosmétique, avec
impérativement une expérience dans la fonction commerciale dans l'univers des ingrédients et actifs cosmétiques.

La maîtrise de l'anglais vous permettra d'interagir dans cet environnement international.
