Atorie is redefining luxury by connecting high-end factories directly with consumers. We're scaling fast, building a cult community, and looking for an Email & Retention Marketer who can turn our audience into loyal superfans.

What You'll Do

  • Own our
    email + SMS strategy
    across Klaviyo
  • Create and refine high-performing flows: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, seasonal, and community engagement
  • Manage weekly campaigns with a tight understanding of storytelling, product education, and viral hooks
  • Build a retention engine that feels personal, premium, and alive
  • Deeply understand our customer lifecycle and propose strategies to increase repeat purchase, LTV, and brand affinity
  • Develop community-driven content that reinforces Atorie's world, tone, and aesthetic
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per recipient) and iterate fast
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to sync launches and insights
  • Experiment relentlessly: creative tests, segmentation, send times, new flows, A/B testing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
    in email marketing or retention for e-commerce brands
  • Expert in Klaviyo
    (flows, templates, segmentation, dynamic variables)
  • Strong copywriting skills, especially around storytelling and luxury-leaning narratives
  • Great eye for design and ability to brief designers clearly
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology + what makes people come back
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, experimental startup environment
  • Strong grasp of TikTok culture, digital aesthetics, and community building is a huge plus
