• Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.

• Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.

• Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.

• Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.

• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
