- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices and selection processes.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels—job boards, networking events, referrals, and more—to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment workflows.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts for both internal teams and portfolio companies.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international recruitment across various levels and functions within the Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors (mandatory)
- Experience in a recruitment or executive search firm
- Proven experience leading the full recruitment lifecycle: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from active sourcing and identifying potential candidates to conducting candidate outreach.
- Strong focus on candidate approach and interviewing, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates to make well-informed hiring decisions. Proven expertise in engaging candidates, assessing their fit for roles, and successfully managing the process from initial contact to offer stage.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends and hiring practices in the Healthcare or Financial industries.
- Familiarity with Private Equity is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with hiring managers, portfolio companies, and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously across different regions and functions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workloads with minimal supervision.
Location:
