As an After Sales Technician, you are passionate about hands-on problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction long after the initial sale. You apply your technical expertise to install, configure, and maintain essential hardware and software, helping our customers operate efficiently and without disruption. Your commitment to thorough diagnostics, clear communication, and continual process improvement plays a key role in keeping our clients' operations running smoothly. 

You'll become a trusted technical partner - solving challenges, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a support environment where people feel empowered and heard.

What a day in life of looks like: 

• Diagnose and repair technical issues related to customer equipment (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell terminals). 
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on Android and Windows platforms. 
• Manage incident resolution workflows: follow up on open cases, keep customers informed, and ensure timely resolution. 
• Support and train users via phone, email, and in-person sessions, ensuring a smooth and empathetic support experience. 
• Maintain and improve internal documentation, knowledge bases, and support procedures. 
• Provide technical support for MDM platforms (e.g., SOTI, Ivanti, 42Gears). 
• Organise and track material shipments and returns, ensuring timely processing and accurate inventory records. 

This is a on-site based role in Pont-Sainte-Marie, France.

Working pattern is Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-4pm (with a 1.5 hour break 12:00-13:30pm), 39 hours a week. 

What you bring to the team:

• Technical knowledge of Android and Windows systems. 
• Familiarity with MDM systems such as SOTI, Ivanti, 42Gears, or similar tools. 
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. 
• Clear communication skills in both French and technical English, with an ability to explain technical topics in a simple and empathetic way. 
• A self-starter attitude—organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. 
• Experience in a support or customer service environment is a plus.
