For the expansion of our business activities in France, we are looking for a highly motivated new full-time team member for our Paris office. Do you have extensive experience in sales and/or procurement and have gained your knowledge in the biomass industry, specifically in the areas of freshwood biomass or in the recycling industry? Are you also success-oriented and motivated to achieve excellence? Then you are exactly what we are looking for

Your profile
  • You are success-driven and highly motivated to achieve top performance in sales and sourcing.
  • Previous experience in the biomass industry (freshwood biomass) or Recycling & Waste 
  • You have a flexible, independent, and structured working style, strong analytical skills, and a clear customer and service orientation.
  • You are willing to travel within your business area and attend regular meetings at our head office in Bremen, Germany – and are able to integrate this into your personal life.
  • You are a strong communicator, a team player, and maintain a transparent and cooperative working relationship with international colleagues and managers.
  • You are a native French speaker and business fluent in English; German is an advantage, but not a must.

Your mission
  • identify and implement growth opportunities and define customer and supplier profiles – primarily in our units of freshwood biomass or recycling & waste
  • manage existing business and systematically develop new opportunities in France
  • build and maintain a strong personal network within the local market
  • identify customer needs and develop suitable business concepts
  • structure, development & coordinate national and international material flows in line with customer and market requirements
  • further development of long-term and maintenance of existing business relationships in France
  • act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers
  • achieve sales and procurement targets in close coordination with your supervisor
