PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.
Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.
In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry. 

 Job Description

As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a Technical Product Manager to reinforce our Product team. The Product team's main mission is to turn Pasqal's technology into easy-to-use value-adding products for users. They are the bridge between the development teams (software and hardware), commercial teams, and potential customers. You will be dedicated to the product of one of our Software sub-department: Quantum Applications. 

Your responsabilities will include:

  • Owner of the Quantum Applications product vision and roadmap
  • Representation of our users
  • Productization of customer projects

To that end, your missions will be as follows:

  • Discover users needs, 
  • Monitor competitive landscape 
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap with internal stakeholders
  • Implement efficient product management processes 
  • Support development teams with clear context and priorities
  • Execute on roadmap and prioritize development tasks 
  • Ensure comprehensive product documentation 
  • Engage with Marketing, Sales and training teams to support go-to-market efforts

About you

You hold a Masters degree in physics, computer science, or related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in product management. You also have the following skills: 

Hard skills

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies to enhance cross-team collaboration and product delivery
  • Experience with open-source software is a big plus 
  • Experience in quantum is a big plus
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in French is a bonus)

Soft skills

  • Experience in change management
  • Curiosity and a keen interest for new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, versatile, organized, pro-active, autonomous and creative
  • Capacity to achieve goals through influence rather than power
  • Technical skills to ensure the proper handling of your scope, even if your expertise remains product above all is a big plus
