Broadcast Assistant

We're looking for a Broadcast Assistant to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support across the Broadcast Sites, Operations and Services (BSOS) Division, covering both corporate activities and project operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information, efficient processes, and smooth coordination during both event and non-event periods.

Based in Paris, France – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh

Contract type: Fixed term contract to December 2026

What you'll do

• Maintain and update BSOS documentation, processes, and shared tools
• Provide administrative and logistical support across BSOS departments
• Support procurement activities (purchase orders, approvals, follow-ups
• Maintain accurate project and staffing information in BSOS tools
• Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and action tracking
• Act as a connector between teams, helping information flow clearly and consistently
• Support internal communication, reporting, and consolidated summaries
• Contribute to people allocation and flex-office processes

What we're looking for

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project-support role, ideally in a multi-team or event-driven environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Able to work autonomously on well-defined tasks while knowing when to escalate
• Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership
