Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You will be working behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.Your ResponsibilitiesProduction Support & OrganisationOrganise and maintain project documentation and briefingsSupport workflow development and organisational structuresTeam & Event CoordinationSchedule and coordinate staff for eventsOrganise pre-event briefings and documentationLiaise with all HBS departments and sub-contractorsAssist with budget tracking and cost controlProcess purchase orders and invoicesMaintain and update production documentationFor this Job you MustHave experience as Production Coordinator/Assistant (preferably in sports)Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skillsBe willing to travel for long-term assignmentsIs it really for me?Professional BackgroundSports/tournament experience is a plusUnderstanding of production documentation (running orders, cue sheets, call sheets)Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Experience with production-related paperworkAbility to handle multiple project management toolsPersonal QualitiesStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detailGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable and open to evolving proceduresComfortable with hybrid working (min. 3 days office-based)Willing to travel for extended periodsHBS is looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, are highly customer service oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility, and work well as part of an international team.How to ApplyPlease apply to find out more.
