Nous recherchons un·e
Product Designer UI/UX expérimenté·e (minimum 5 ans d'expérience), idéalement avec une expérience réussie dans le secteur de la Fintech
, pour renforcer notre équipe et porter une vision design responsable, inclusive et centrée utilisateur.

Les missions :

  • Concevoir et améliorer l'expérience utilisateur d'applications web et mobiles : wireframes, maquettes, prototypes et design system.
  • Définir et garantir l'ergonomie et l'accessibilité des interfaces, en intégrant les contraintes techniques et les best practices des plateformes (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Être ambassadeur·rice de l'accessibilité numérique dans l'équipe : intégrer les standards (WCAG), promouvoir des interfaces inclusives et sensibiliser l'équipe à ces enjeux.
  • Collaborer au quotidien avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire : Lead Technique, Scrum Master, Product Owner, DevOps, QA, Développeurs.
  • Participer activement aux rituels Agiles : sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint review, rétrospectives.
  • Documenter les choix de design (guidelines, specs fonctionnelles et graphiques) pour une transmission fluide vers les équipes tech.
  • Proposer et tester de nouvelles approches UX grâce aux retours utilisateurs, A/B tests et data analytics.

Connaissances des outils :

  • Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (prototypage & design system)
  • Notion, Jira, Confluence (documentation & suivi)
  • Outils de tests utilisateurs et analytics (Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, GA4…)

Bonnes pratiques attendues

  • Solide culture UX/UI et design centré utilisateur, avec un focus sur l'accessibilité numérique.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes itératives : Design Thinking, Lean UX, Design Sprint.
  • Familiarité avec les tests utilisateurs, l'A/B testing et l'analyse quantitative/qualitative.
  • Capacité à porter une vision responsable du design, en équilibrant créativité, rigueur et inclusivité.
  • Expérience dans le pair design, les revues de maquettes et le maintien d'un design system cohérent.
