IFRS & Solvency II manager – (H/F)
Contexte
Dans un contexte de forte transformation et de structuration de sa nouvelle Division regroupant les activité santé et prévoyance, le groupe renforce sa division Finance et met en place un nouveau département regroupant la Consolidation, le département taxe et fiscalité ainsi que la cellule comptabilité et reporting.
Missions
Rattaché(e) au Head of Accouting & Tax, vous aurez pour mission de structurer et piloter l'ensemble des activités règlementaire du périmètre, incluant :
- Une compagnie d'assurance,
- Une société de réassurance,
- Une MGA (Managing General Agent),
- Ainsi qu'une succursale au Royaume-Uni et plusieurs filiales internationales (Irlande, Hong Kong, Singapour).
Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement en création, nécessitant la mise en place complète des outils, processus et contrôles.
À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront de
:
- Superviser la production des clôtures trimestrielles IFRS et Solvency II (QRTs).
- Réaliser les exercices de pre-close (Half-Year et Full-Year).
- Contribuer au plan stratégique et aux Forecasts.
- Participer à la mise en place des outils, modèles et processus d'un département en cours de création.
- Recruter et encadrer une équipe dédiée à votre fonction (nombre d'ETP à définir selon l'arrivée du candidat).
- Travailler en forte proximité avec l'Accounting Manager et le Tax Manager pour assurer une production fluide des états financiers (French GAAP & IFRS).
- Contribuer à tout projet impactant la fonction Comptabilité & Fiscalité.
- Participer aux travaux liés à la structuration d'une nouvelle entité dédiée à l'activité assurance internationale.
Profil recherché
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 7 ans d'expérience en consolidation et en normes IFRS.
- Votre parcours inclut également une exposition solide au secteur de l'assurance, avec une pratique confirmée des reportings Solvabilité II (QRTs).
- La maîtrise de Magnitude / SAP BFC, dans un contexte de production réglementaire serait appréciée.
- Vous faites preuve d'une excellente capacité d'analyse, alliée à une rigueur et une organisation éprouvée.
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise en français et disposez d'un anglais professionnel solide.
- Vous savez encadrer et structurer une équipe, tout en accompagnant son développement.
- Votre communication est fluide, claire et adaptée à des interlocuteurs variés.
- Vous évoluez aisément dans des environnements internationaux et multiculturels.
- Vous êtes pleinement à l'aise dans des contextes en construction, transformations avec un fort degrés d'exposition.
