Nous recherchons un
Manager / Team Lead SAP FI CO
expérimenté, capable de piloter des projets de transformation et d'accompagner nos clients dans l'optimisation de leurs processus financiers.

En tant que référent(e) SAP FI CO, vous interviendrez à la fois sur la
conception, l'intégration et la coordination
des projets SAP Finance & Controlling, tout en encadrant une équipe de consultants.

Vos missions principales

  • Piloter les projets SAP FI CO (conception, réalisation, déploiement, support).
  • Encadrer, former et accompagner une équipe de consultants SAP.
  • Assurer le lien entre les équipes métiers et techniques.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, TRM) et CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing, etc.).
  • Garantir la cohérence des processus financiers dans un environnement S/4HANA.
  • Contribuer aux phases de migration vers SAP S/4HANA, ou encore des projets greenfield S/4.
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie SAP Finance du groupe / du client.

Profil candidat:

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience fonctionnelle SAP FI CO
  • Orienté projet : implémentation, roll out, migration, etc...
  • Expérience significative en management d'équipe, on ou offshore
  • Anglais courant professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Expérience build S/4Hana est un vrai plus
