The Project Manager will report to the International Manager Director and join the International Project Management team based in Paris, France

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Creative with at least 3 years of experience in creative agencies, influencer marketing, or event environments. This role will be responsible for developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, content formats, and experiential activations, working closely with Strategy, Client, Production, and Talent teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns, branded content projects, and activations.
  • Create editorial formats, storytelling frameworks, and creative guidelines for creators and talent.
  • Shape the tone of voice and creative identity for the brands involved in each project.
  • Lead and contribute to creative proposals for pitches, ensuring high-quality and original creative direction.
  • Actively participate in event ideation: experience concepts, naming, moodboards, scenography, and touchpoints.
  • Oversee creative production phases (shoots, social content, event materials, digital & physical assets).
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to analyze trends, audience insights, and opportunities within the creator and experiential landscape.
  • Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all project deliverables.
  • Present ideas and campaigns to clients with clarity, storytelling impact, and strong visual support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative roles within agencies (influencer marketing, digital, events, or integrated communication).
  • Strong ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media dynamics and the creator ecosystem.
  • Experience in creative development for events and brand activations.
  • Advanced skill in building presentations, moodboards, and visual materials (Keynote/PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar).
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Availability to travel and work during weekends according to events/projects need

Nice to Have

  • Experience in content direction or shoot supervision.
  • Background in copywriting or art direction.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/ Indesign).
  • Passion for trend culture, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, music, and immersive experiences.
