  • Full production ownership of franchise titles from strategic planning through live operations
  • Executive-level orchestration of multidisciplinary teams
  • Design and enforcement of scalable production systems
  • Establish clear delivery frameworks, including roadmaps and milestones
  • Drive decision-making to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact
  • Identify and mitigate risks across various domains

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in senior production or operational leadership roles
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time with high standards
  • Experience in end-to-end ownership of products through their lifecycle
  • Ability to build and scale production processes
  • Experience leading senior, multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong project management fundamentals
  • Execution-oriented mindset with strategic insight
  • Excellent judgment in making trade-offs
