de Fusions-Acquisitions (cessions, acquisitions, LBO, levées de fonds, arrangement et structuration de dettes et financements), en tant que conseil financier. Nos clients vont de l'entrepreneur à la multinationale, en passant par les fonds d'investissement.
Adossée à un réseau international de +850 professionnels du M&A présent dans 45 pays, Oaklins France se positionne comme un acteur référent des transactions small & mid caps (jusqu'à 500 M€ de valeur d'entreprise).
Implantée à Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes et Reims, notre équipe de plus de 40 professionnels réalise chaque année une quarantaine d'opérations en France, dans une dynamique entrepreneuriale forte, alliant exigence, transmission et esprit d'équipe.
Missions
Basé(e) à Paris, vous jouez un rôle de responsable et d'exécution d'arrangements de financements tant en support des opérations de M&A qu'en structuration d'opérations de dettes pour l'ensemble des bureaux Oaklins France. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :
- Supervision de l'ensemble des étapes du financement
- Définition de la stratégie de financement adaptée : dette senior, unitranche, mezzanine, dette bancaire, financements verts, refinancements, financements de build-up, etc
- Organisation et pilotage de la mise en concurrence des prêteurs : banques, fonds de dette, investisseurs spécialisés
- Élaboration des modèles financiers de structuration de dette (ratios, covenants, bank cases…)
- Assistance à la préparation des informations nécessaires au process : mémorandums de financement, business plans, documents bancaires…
- Négociation des offres de financement (conditions financières, covenants, garanties, calendrier)
- Participation active aux négociations contractuelles (term sheet, mandat, contrats de financement…)
- Gestion de la relation client pour la partie financements et élaboration des suivis de mission
- Contribution à la veille marché et à la production de contenus (études, points de marché)
- Contribution active à l'origination de nouveaux mandats en Debt Advisory
- Préparation de pitchs en collaboration avec les Associés
- Développement d'un réseau de partenaires financiers : banques, fonds de dette, prêteurs alternatifs
- Structuration, animation et encadrement d'une équipe Debt Advisory
- Animation de la relation avec les équipes Debt Advisory du réseau international Oaklins
Profil
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs, de commerce ou d'une université reconnue
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en Debt Advisory, financements structurés, leveraged finance, financement bancaire, private credit, restructuring, ou M&A avec forte exposition dette
- Bénéficiant de références en arrangement et structuration de dettes et d'un réseau de prêteurs
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe
- Disponibilité, rigueur, autonomie et intégrité
- Aisance relationnelle, goût du développement commercial et volonté de porter cette activité
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Vous parlez l'anglais couramment et idéalement une seconde langue européenne
