Responsibilities; - Work closely with our Managing Directors in France and across the globe on business development activities including thought leadership, proposals, pitches and networking - Support our Managing Directors to lead and develop the French Transaction Advisory team, including recruiting, training, and coaching team members - Lead and deliver multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and internationally - Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions - Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction - Work alongside operational/technical, commercial, tax and other due diligence professionals in integrated due diligence project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process - Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross-service line relationships - Be active in the external market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and developing new client relationships - Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training A&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals and Directors are expected & encouraged to develop a client network. - Experience leading teams on Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm - Strong academic record and graduated from a leading "Grande Ecoles" in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent - Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships and networking / business development - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Native or fluent French & English is essential.
