What You'll Do Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot service and technical issues (full training provided)
Keep accurate records and contribute to improving the customer experience
Collaborate with a young, multicultural, and supportive team
French at C2 level
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and motivation to learn
No previous experience needed full training provided
Must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon
