As a French Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of top international companies helping customers with their questions, solving problems, and turning every interaction into a great experience.
What You'll DoProvide outstanding customer support via phone, chat, or email in French.
Handle inquiries about products, services, or orders with professionalism and empathy.
Use your problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
Collaborate with teammates from all over the world in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Represent global brands with pride and positivity.
You speak French fluently (C1/C2 level) and have a good level of English (B2+).
You're a people person empathetic, patient, and a great communicator.
You enjoy helping others and finding smart solutions.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Relocation package: flight reimbursement + accommodation in an apartment (when coming from abroad).
