Nous avons récemment redéfini notre stratégie Knowledge & Certification, avec une ambition claire : faire évoluer notre base de connaissances d'un contenu statique à une expérience d'apprentissage vivante, engageante et valorisante, aussi bien en interne que pour nos clients.

Pour concrétiser cette vision, nous recrutons un·e Learning Content Specialist, dont la mission sera de concevoir, produire et maintenir nos contenus de formation.

Votre mission

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Support & Knowledge, vous serez en charge de créer des contenus pédagogiques impactants, en appliquant la stratégie et les parcours définis via nos différents canaux (Academy, documentation, in-app, support…).

1. Production de contenus pédagogiques

  • Concevoir et produire des modules e-learning et de micro-apprentissage (tutoriels, vidéos, quiz, cas d'usage, guides visuels, exercices interactifs) ;

  • Enrichir les ressources existantes (User Guide, Academy, support, Community) en les rendant plus pédagogiques, engageantes et accessibles ;

  • Adapter le ton, le format et la profondeur selon la cible : collaborateurs, clients ou partenaires.

2. Mise en œuvre des parcours et certifications

  • Mettre en forme les parcours d'apprentissage (onboarding, perfectionnement, certification) sur nos outils de formation ;

  • Créer les évaluations, quiz et activités pratiques permettant de valider la maîtrise du produit ;

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Customer Success sur la certification des partenaires (formation technique en présentiel) ;

  • Contribuer à la certification client : montée en compétence sur les fonctionnalités, la qualité des données, et les bonnes pratiques de publication.

3. Gestion multi-canal & stack technique

  • Intégrer et maintenir les contenus dans nos outils (LearnWorlds, Notion, documentation produit, outils de support, etc.) ;

  • Participer à la sélection et à l'évolution de la stack technique liée au knowledge (LMS, outils d'authoring, IA, intégrations) ;

  • Expérimenter et documenter l'usage de modèles de langage (LLM) pour la création, la synthèse et la maintenance de contenus (ex. RAGs alimentés par notre documentation) ;

  • Collaborer avec le Product Marketing et le Support pour intégrer des contenus "in-app" ou communautaires (micro-tips, onboarding contextuel, campagnes d'activation).

  • Notion (knowledge interne & support)

  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, RAGs internes pour mise à jour automatique de contenus)

  • Canva / Loom (production visuelle et vidéo)
