Remote Customer Support & Outbound Sales for French-Speaking Freelancers (100% Remote)

Are you looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity?
We are looking for French-speaking freelance agents for email-based customer support and outbound sales for both international and local companies.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in the world

  • Daytime shifts only, Monday to Friday

  • No phone calls or selling for the customer support role email only

  • Fully paid training

  • Long-term and stable collaboration

  • Work only with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

  • Ideal for professionals with experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service

  • Growth opportunities on international and dynamic projects

Requirements

  • French language level C1 (written and spoken)

  • English level B2

  • Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices

  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and professionalism

  • Reliability, organization, and ability to work independently

  • Result-oriented mindset (for sales positions)

Important Information

  • You will never be asked to pay anything to access this job

  • You only need a personal computer to get started

  • Training is fully provided

  • VAT registration required after max 30 days
