Join us as an Media Buyer LeadGen Specialist.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns focused on lead generation across multiple platforms (Meta, Native, Google Ads).
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with landing page experience.
- A/B test creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze data and generate reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
