We are entering a pivotal phase: after securing our leading position in France, we are reigniting a new "startup phase" to deploy our technology internationally.
And to successfully make this leap in scale, we are hiring an Engineering Manager who wants to have real impact.
As an Engineering Manager, reporting to the CTO, you play a central role in ensuring the technical performance and reliability of our medical device SaaS, while fostering innovation and developing the Tech teams.
Your main missions are as follows:
Lead the design, development and deployment of our solutions.
Ensure their quality, security, performance and scalability.
Manage, grow and structure the Tech team (Paris/Bordeaux), currently composed of 4 people with a target of 6/8 people by the end of 2026.
Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Represent the engineering function to Product and cross-functional Tech teams.
Contribute to innovation and differentiation of our connected medical products.
