Senior Business Process Specialist.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

● Provide senior consultancy support on business process design, implementation, deployment and monitoring.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• At least 9 years of experience in process management, including 6 years in consultancy among which 3 years in the relevant requested domain(s).

• Experience on business process improvement and redesign

• Able to develop plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes

• Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes

• Manage and mentor cross-functional team to successfully streamline and execute business projects

• Ability to actively participate in meetings, good communicator

• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory

• Experience in carrying out high-level management studies

• Capability of working independently, as well as in teams

• Client orientation
