Mission:
• Support projects and end users on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Contribute to tenant-level integration, governance, and best-practice implementation across SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
• Produce activity tracking, usage reporting, and operational scripts (PowerShell).
• Manage enhancements, solution evolution, and upgrade cycles.
• Diagnose, manage, and resolve Microsoft 365–related incidents and coordinate escalations.
Mandatory Skills
• SharePoint Online (EXPERT)
• Microsoft Teams (ADVANCED)
• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps (ADVANCED)
• PowerShell scripting
