Shape the future of pricing analytics in the heart of Paris.
We are looking for a hands-on Quant Lead to join our Paris-based team within the TCM group. This is not a traditional management role—you will lead a small squad of senior/expert quants while remaining actively involved in research, development, and implementation of pricing models. You will set technical direction, unblock complex challenges, and ensure models are delivered to production quality.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of 3 senior/expert quants, providing guidance and technical support
Research, design, and implement pricing models and payoffs
Deliver production-grade implementations used by clients
Make technical decisions independently to ensure correct, robust, and efficient models
Develop fast, stable, and scalable algorithms
Own the full lifecycle: mathematical formulation → implementation → delivery
Contribute to team structure, knowledge sharing, and methodological standards
What We're Looking For
7–8+ years' experience in quantitative finance
Strong knowledge of pricing models and payoffs
Proven hands-on experience implementing pricing models (not just validation)
Experience in Interest Rates or FX (one required; Equity is a plus)
Ability to lead and challenge senior/expert quants in a small, high-responsibility team
Coding experience in any language (Python a plus, but not mandatory)
Stochastic calculus, numerical methods, and derivative pricing models
Degree in mathematics, finance, physics, engineering, or equivalent
Fluent French (team based in Paris)
Why Join Us
Lead a high-calibre quant squad with significant technical autonomy
Work on impactful, production-level models across key asset classes
Collaborate in a technically rigorous, intellectually stimulating environment
Contribute to shaping the methodology and standards of the quant team
Live and work in Paris with a strong work-life balance
